The Telephone liaison team would like to invite you to a Zoom workshop they are running to share experiences and best practices when taking on a 12th Step call from the telephone helpline team.
This workshop is for both existing 12th Steppers or for anyone who is interested in going on the list and playing your part in the vital service role.
We will discuss today’s challenges and how to effectively 12th Step a newcomer while staying safe and adhering to government guidelines.
You will hear from some “old timers” experienced in 12th Step Calls as well as some newer recruits.
