The Huntercombe Recovery Group in Slough will be holding another AA Al-Anon shared platform meeting on Sunday, November 11th at their usual time of 7:30 pm. For those who may not know, a shared platform meeting is where speakers from both AA and Al-Anon are asked to speak. Al-Anon is a sister fellowship of AA (although not officially attached) for the friends and family of alcoholics.
Refreshments will be available from 7 pm so do feel free to arrive early for some fellowship time.
This is an open meeting, so you’re invited to bring your friends and family along too. It’s a great opportunity for everyone to learn more about our fellowships.
The meeting will be held in the rear hall at Cippenham Baptist Church, Elmshott Lane, Slough, SL1 5QS. Please direct any enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
